Toyota Corolla Matrix
Japanese carmaker, Toyota, revealed the all-new second generation Corolla Matrix at the 2007 Specialty Market Association Show. The model is a sporty five-door vehicle that has been redesigned for the 2009 model year to offer performance that matters for driver enjoyment. The development was focused on greater exterior coupe-like styling with enhanced interior utility and improved dynamic performance. After the process was finished the result had a dynamic shape that offers room for five people to ride in comfort. The interior was modified almost completely to enhance driving enjoyment, comfort and utility.
The model is powered by a 1.8-liter 16-valve, 4-cylinder engine that is able to deliver 132 horsepower and 128 lb. ft. of torque or a 2.4-liter four-cylinder one that is able to develop 158 horsepower and 162 lb. ft. of torque.
