The 2007 Honda JDM Civic Mugen RR is considered to be the ultimate Civic Type-R after the engineers at Mugen developed a new bodykit, a retuned suspension, upgraded brakes, Recaro sport bucket seats and new wheels and tires. The car integrates 15 HP more under the hood and it will be limited to only 300 copies.
From September onwards, Japanese enthusiasts will be able to order what is perhaps the ultimate Civic Type-R yet. The engineers at Mugen gave the Type-R a new bodykit, upgraded brakes, a retuned suspension, new wheels and tires, and Recaro sport bucket seats. Thus equipped, the car goes by the name Honda Civic Mugen RR and is 22 lbs lighter and has 15 more horsepower under the hood.
The Civic Mugen RR, said to be based on the Honda S-GT race car, is available only in the "Milan Red" color and limited to 300 copies.
