Land Rover LR3 G4 Challenge

Carmaker Land Rover is getting ready for the 2009 G4 Challenge with US National Selections that will take place this May in Nevada. To mark this great even, the Land Rover specialists have developed the 2008 Land Rover LR4 which was dressed up especially for the G4 Challenge. Each model used in the US National Selections event will be equipped with electric winch, under-shield, A-frame bar, A-frame lights, rear lamp guards, expedition roof rack and Land Rover logo license plate frame. The list continues with roof access ladder, rubber floor mat set, load space mat, roof rail cross bar and last, but not least waterproof seat covers. 20 people will be involved in the competition fighting in driving and outdoor adventure activities designed to test teamwork and skills such as off-road driving, navigation, trail running, kayaking and mountain biking. One team from the top two will be selected to represent the US in the final challenge in Asia. The Land rover G4 Challenge will raise funds for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, for the first time in the history of the event. A Land Rover will be donated on behalf of the winning team to their national Red Cross or Red Crescent Society. For more information check out their official web site.
