Britto Bentley Continental GT pop art

One Bentley Continental received a signature motif from the well-known artist Romero Britto. This is a very strange change if you are already used to the Continental GT. On the hood you can see a large, happy flower, little stars, squiggles and signs and colorful, comic-like figures enrich the doors. The model was built back in 2003 and has become truly a work-of-art thanks to the Brazilian artist Britto. He is actually working with Pop Art now trying to bring smiles on the face of the people. Some of his most important achievements can be seen at the Museum of Modern Art and Guggenheim in New York. The artist was delighted to be given the chance to turn a Bentley into a Pop Art sculpture as in his opinion it is most beautiful and elegant car in the world. Also he thinks that Bentley holds the unique combination of exhilaration and relaxation in only one package. The exhibition, hosted by the Automobil Forum Unter den Linden will take place from the 10th of July until the 6th of September 2009. The Britto Bentley will be put up for auction and the money will be donated to the Nathalie Todenhfer Foundation for multiple sclerosis and well as Best Buddies, an organization that dedicates its fund to improving the integration of the mentally disabled within society.
