Hyndai Genesis Coupe R-Spec

Korean carmaker Hyundai has developed an R-Spec version of the all-new 2010 Genesis Coupe. The model was in fact designed to appeal to true enthusiasts who want a low starting price and the ability to tune their car to their own specifications. The model will be available as a mid-2010 model year introduction. The R-Spec adds core performance equipment to the most affordable 2.0T model. Here we are talking about track tuned suspension, 19-inch gunmetal-finish alloy wheels with performance summer tires and Brembo braking system to handle the extra power. To further reduce cost and weight, it also eliminates some non-essential convenience equipment such as Bluetooth, automatic headlights, cruise control and steering wheel audio controls. The new Hyundai Genesis Coupe R-Spec will have a starting price of $23.750. The R-Spec will be available in three performance oriented exterior colors. The R-Spec equipment includes the 2.0-liter engine capable of generating 210 horsepower, a 6-speed close-ratio manual transmission, distribution and brake assist, 19-inch alloy wheels, truck tuned suspension, tire pressure monitor and front, side air curtain airbags and a lot more. So that you know, the automatic transmission will not be available with R-Spec.
