Subaru Impreza WRX STI A-Line

Fuji Heavy Industries, the maker of Subaru automobiles, launches the Subaru Impreza WRX A-Line, which is a new addition to the current WRX STI model. Their new achievement will be available nationwide through Subaru dealerships in Japan. The model has as base the Impreza WRX STI and it was developed to offer its distinctive driving performance to a wider range of customers by integrating 2.5-liter turbocharged Boxer engine and 5-Speed Automatic Transmission with SPORTSHIFT. With a 2457 cc displacement, the engine is capable of developing 300 PS and 350 Nm of torque. The engineers have provided 8-way power adjustable front seats and a new body color to enhance comfort and quality feel. The Dual Active Valve Control System was adopted to control continuously valve timing on both intake and exhaust valves, which improves low and mid-range range torque, high-rev range output and environmentally friendliness. The engineers have also used the Tumble Generation Valve that controls the intake air stream to generate high combustion efficiency. In terms of drive train, the Subaru Intelligent Drive was used, to enable the drivers to choose three different engine mappings. The new model also features paddle shift to allow manual shifting without requiring the driver to release the steering wheel. Changing gears with the paddle shift can also be done by a temporary operation that does not require the selection lever to be set to the manual position. To handle the power, the engineers have offered 17-inch ventilated dual piston disc brakes for the front axle and 16-inch ventilated disc brakes for the rear one. Vehicle Dynamic Control System is offered as standard. In terms of interior, the specialists have offered leather seats available as standard with front seat heating.
