Jaguar XJ75 Platinum Concept

Carmaker Jaguar has developed the XJ75 Platinum Concept for its 75th anniversary. The design team will present it to the public at the Pebble Beach Concours dElegance Concept Car Lawn at the end of this week. Both the interior and the exterior express the dramatic styling themes. The model highlights the uniqueness of the XJ and the increasingly personal nature of luxury cars in the market today. The model hides under the hood a high-performance supercharged engine capable of developing 470 horsepower. This is equipped with new ground-hugging front, rear and side sills. The exterior chrome elements have been revised to either a dark chrome or gloss black. The output is being sent to the road through bespoke 22-inch black wheels with a brushed contrast finish. The contrast theme continues with gloss pearl-scent white air vents, veneers and diamond stitch suede inserts to the seats and headliner, all set against the backdrop of a full Jet Softgrain leather interior. The Jaguar XJ75 Platinum Concept center console hides a bespoke clock developed and designed in partnership with the Bremont Watch Company. The model is foremost about emphasizing the striking proportion and presence of the new XJ, with a distilled black and white theme, which conjures up the sense of precious platinum. The Jaguar XJ75 Platinum Concept combines high-end materials and British flair. Actually, the models is a design exercise that shows the vision of the carmaker when it comes to customization as an inspiration for those enthusiasts who have a taste for strong individuality and visual confidence in their luxury cars. Under the hood the model hides a 5.0-liter supercharged direct-injection V8 engine capable of developing 470 horsepower and 424 lb. ft. of torque. Inside it also has a 1.200-watt Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system with 20-speakers and state-of-the-art sound processing technology.
