NOVITEC ROSSO Tuning for the Ferrari California

NOVITEC ROSSO's recipe for making the Ferrari California sportier and more powerful, is represented by engine tuning. Thus, power of the 4.3-liter V8 increases from 460 HP to 606 HP, making the 2+2 seater to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3.8 seconds, reaching a top speed of 325 km/h. A mechanical charger driven by the crankshaft through a cogged belt is fitted to the eight-cylinder four-valve engine, by the NOVITEC ROSSO specialists. Larger injectors, a custom intake manifold and a water-to-air intercooler, are also included in the system. Optimal power yield is ensured by precision-calibrated mapping for the engine electronics, also meeting compliance and reliability with Euro IV exhaust emission limits. The front-engine sports car gets a more dynamic profile from the shape of the NOVITEC ROSSO front spoiler which was developed in the wind tunnel. Furthermore, striking new highlights to the sides of the two-door car are added by new rocker panels with integrated airfoils and black side markers. Driving dynamics also obtains improvement from the three-piece NOVITEC ROSSO NF3 wheels, while the smart blend of size 9Jx21 wheels in front and size 11.5Jx22 on the rear axle reveal the wedge shape of the sports car. The rear tires in size 315/25 ZR 22, provide optimal traction. The height of the Ferrari is lowered by 35 millimeters, due to the NOVITEC ROSSO sport springs, which were calibrated specifically to this wheel/tire combination. It becomes easier to navigate obstacles thanks to the hydraulic lift system for the front axle which is able to raise the front of the car by 40 millimeters. NOVITEC ROSSO interiors are enhanced by refinement and style, being skillfully created from leather and Alcantara.
