Porsche Panamera V6

Staring May 2010 both the Panamera and the Panamera 4 will be available at the dealership as the new entry-level versions prepared by Porsche. Both receive power from a 3.6-liter V6 with Direct Fuel Injection capable of developing 300 BHP and up to 400 Nm of torque. The Panamera sends the power to the road through its rear wheels, while the Panamera 4 has as standard active all-wheel drive. Both models consume far less than 10 liters of fuel on 100 kilometers in the New European Driving Cycle. Economy and performance do not sacrifice each other on these new V6 Gran Turismos, but the ideal combination of these qualities is attributable to consistent lightweight constructions as one particular highlight. The Panamera and the Panamera 4 combine sporting character with high standard of comfort and everyday driving qualities. A regular steel suspension was offered as an option and this provides a very wide range of suspension qualities and features extending from an even higher level of motoring comfort from one point of view all the way to extremely sporting driving dynamics on the other one. The two models will be presented to the world for the first time at the 2010 Beijing Motor Show that will take place on April 23rd. Will be available on the German market starting May and in June, the first units will be available for the North American customers. The starting price for the Panamera is EUR75.899, including taxes and the Panamera will be sold from a starting price of EUR84.110. For the US customers, well, the carmaker prepared a new set of prices. The Panamera will have a starting price of $74.400 and the Panamera 4 will be marketed for $78.900.
