Infiniti announced pricing on the 2010 Infiniti FX which is now on sale worldwide. The model is offered with a choice of a 390 horsepower 5.0-liter 32-valve DOHC V8 engine or with a 303 horsepower 3.5-liter 24-valve DOHC V6, along with available Intelligent All-Wheel Drive. The retail prices suggested by the manufacturer are: FX35 RWD $42.400, FX35 AWD $43.850 and FX50 AWD $58.400. Inside, the FX interior provides a warm, inviting environment highlighted by a driver-oriented cockpit with intuitive controls, available sport seating and advanced audio. All models are equipped with a 7-speed automatic transmission.

The second-generation FX enters its second year of production in 2010 as one of the most radical expressions of sport and utility available today. It is offered with a choice of a 390-horsepower 5.0-liter 32-valve DOHC V8 (FX50) or with a 303-horsepower 3.5-liter 24-valve DOHC V6 (FX35), along with available Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (standard on FX50).

For 2010, changes to FX include standard BluetoothÂ® Hands-free Phone System on all models, the addition of a standard USB Connection Port for iPodÂ® and other compatible devices, the addition of a 2.0GB Music BoxÂ® hard drive to the BoseÂ® Premium Audio system (on vehicles without navigation) and simplified exterior/interior color combinations. FXâ€™s available Infiniti Hard Drive Navigation System has been enhanced for 2010 with the addition of an in-dash single disc DVD audio/video drive, streaming audio via BluetoothÂ®, ZagatÂ® Restaurant Guide and XM NavWeatherÂ® (along with the previously available XM NavTrafficÂ®).
Under the dramatically styled FX exterior, all models are equipped with a standard 7-speed automatic transmission, double-wishbone front/multi-link rear suspension and large 4-wheel disc brakes. FX also offers available Continuous Damping Control (CDC)Â®, Rear Active Steer, Intelligent Brake Assist (IBA) and 21-inch super lightweight aluminum-alloy wheels designed by Enkei. Solid magnesium paddle shifters are available on the FX50 in the Sport Package.
Inside, the FX interior provides a warm, inviting environment highlighted by a driver-oriented cockpit with intuitive controls, available sport seating and advanced audio, navigation and technology ranging from an 11-speaker BoseÂ®-developed audio system to Infiniti Intelligent Key, available Intelligent Cruise Control (Full-Speed Range) and available Around Viewâ„¢ Monitor system.
Available FX driving aids include Distance Control Assist (DCA), which helps reduce the burden of driving in heavy traffic by intuitively prompting the driver to release the throttle and apply the brakes to maintain distance to the vehicle ahead; Lane Departure Warning (LDW) and Lane Departure Prevention (LDP) systems, which helps the driver respond to an unintended lane departure; and Intelligent Brake Assist (IBA) with Forward Collision Warning (FCW), which helps alert the driver that a collision may be imminent and provides automatic braking to help reduce the risk of injury if a collision is unavoidable.
