Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer Price

Vauxhall developed the Astra Sports Tourer, a model that will go on dale in the UK later this year. It has an established price of GBP16.575 which means it is GBP500 cheaper than the current entry-level Astra Estate. The Sports Tourer range starts with the 1.4-liter ES model capable of developing 100 PS, which wins extra 10 PS of power over the equivalent 1.4-liter Astra Estate. The carmaker also provides curtain airbags, air conditioning, Electronic Stability Control, Electronic Parking Brake and Active Safety Front Head Restraints, all as standard. In terms of the diesel variants, the entry-level 110 PS 1.7-liter CDTi ES Sport Tourer costs less than the outgoing 90 PS 1.3-liter CDTi Astra Estate Life even if it produces more power. Vauxhall provides four trim levels: ES, Exclusive, SE and Sri, but when it comes to optional equipment, customers can choose from FlexFold, which allows each section of the split-fold rear seatbacks to be lowered at the press of a button housed in the walls of the cargo compartment. The new Astra range has sold over 30.000 units in the UK since its launch last year. It is possible the Sports Tourer is responsible for around 10% of all sales. The new the Sports Tourer will be assembled only at its Ellesmere Port plant in Cheshire. Its upper-body structure has been 100 % engineered at Vauxhall Engineering Center in Bedfordshire.
