Bentley Continental GT Mulliner styling treatment

The 2011 Bentley Continental GT Mulliner styling treatment adds further drama to the new Continental GT with a sculpted design and a range of Bentley-designed styling options which successfully reaffirm its potent road presence. A unique front bumper splitter, strakes integrated into the front intake grilles, side extension blades and a rear diffuser, all made from high-gloss, black carbon-fibre make up the new Mulliner Styling Classic pack. Raul Pires, Bentley's head of exterior design, stated that Mulliner Styling Specification provided customers with the possibility of personalising their own GT, ensuring Bentley standards of quality and design integrity. Specially commissioned, black high-gloss carbon fiber was used for each element of the Mulliner Styling Specification, while skillfully crafted wood veneers are echoed by these carbon fiber components that employ a similar mirror matching process with the unique weave pattern flowing in one direction. The carbon-fibre itself has been subjected to an extended regime of extreme climatic and real world driving tests to ensure that durability matches the same high standards of the cars to which they are applied.
Black carbon-fibre extension blades, positioned beneath the sills draw attention to the sharp powerlines as well as muscular rear haunches. Curved wing vents are available as an option for customers and they ensure improved heat diffusion, thus emphasising one more time the Continental GT's high-performance credentials.
Furthermore, the Mulliner Styling Specification is backed by a full Bentley warranty and provides complete peace of mind for customers with the Company's exhaustive aerodynamic and durability testing programme.
