Hyundai i10 facelift

The award-winning i10 city car range has been updated by Hyundai and it was aimed to mark the arrival of Hyundai's first sub-100g/km Blue model, with its sales scheduled to begin on 1st March. It also represents an important step forward over the outgoing i10 with siginificant changes such as design enhancements for both the cabin and the exterior of the car, showing a clear family resemblance between recently launched Hyundais and the new i10. Replacing the old 1.1-liter Epsilon unit, the latest 1.0-liter Kappa engine, delivering power for the i10 has been introduced, providing excellent fuel economy together with clean performance. It achieves an impressive 67.3mpg combined, offers 8.7% better fuel consumption, 9.2% less CO2 and improves power by 13 percent. A special "eco" edition named the i10 Blue has been introduced for further efficiency of the new 1.0-liter engine and emits remarkable low 99g/km Co2 emissions, thus gaining exemption from the London Congestion Charge and VED. Four trim grades, Blue, Classic, Style and Active describe the revised range, while the equipment specification remains impressive with optional features, such as an iPod plug-in and air conditioning. The Five Year Triple Care package, which includes five-year unlimited mileage warranty, five years' roadside assistance and five years of vehicle health checks, comes with all new i10s.
