BMW 6-series Gran Coupe Geneva Debut

German carmaker, BMW revealed the new 6-series Gran Coupe at the Geneva Motor Show this year and this is actually the entrance on the four-door premium coupe market. It will not be easy because of the powerful competitors, the Audi A7 and the Mercedes CLS-class. Anyway, the carmaker offers three different engine variants. For the entry level, it offers the 640i that hides a turbo-charged 3.0-liter inline-six capable of delivering 320 PS and 450 Nm of torque. This amount of power enables the car to speed from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds and its price starts at EUR79.500. The diesel version, the 640d Gran Coupe uses a 3.0-liter diesel engine capable of developing 313 PS and 630 Nm of torque. This enables the car to speed from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds and its price starts at EUR83.000. The top of the range, the 650i Gran Coupe features a 4.4-liter V8 engine that produces 450 PS and 650 Nm of torque. The model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds and its price starts at EUR92.600.
