The 2012 BMW X3 by AC Schinitzer is unique and unmistakeable, offering its drivers more individual driving pleasure due to its versatility. The second generation SUV stands out even more thanks to the extensive range of accessories released by BMW tuning specialist AC Schnitzer. The near future promises a performance upgrade for the X3 xDrive30d, too. The X3 by AC Schnitzer boasts incredible features even at standstill, while an AC Schnitzer sports exhaust made of stainless steel, available for the six-cylinder petrol models 2.8i and 3.5i, is currently under a process of development. The exhaust system received a finishing touch embodied by the chromed "Racing" tailpipe trim. Aiming to maintain the agile X3 by AC Schnitzer, the engineers from Aachen developed a suspension spring kit, obtaining optimum combination of sports performance together with driving comfort.
The AC Schnitzer protective film for the rear skirt, a rear roof spoiler as well as a striking front spoiler, are included in the aerodynamic kit for the new X3.
The interior is enhanced by the AC Schnitzer sports airbag steering wheel, aluminium gear knobs in anodized silver/chrome or "Black Line"/chrome, or with digital geardisplay, and the "Black Line" aluminium cover for the BMW-specific i-Drive system controller.
The X3 becomes totally unmistakeable when looking at design elements, such as the the AC Schnitzer velours foot mats, the illuminated leather gear knob and the AC Schnitzer aluminium pedal set. Forged alloy wheels Type V in 20 inch are also part of the extensive range.
