Mada MX-5 Miata Super20

In the gallery below you can see the Mazda MX-5 Miata Super20. If you do not know yet, there is only one of these incredible cars on the road at the moment. We first had the opportunity to see it at the 2010 SEMA Show and then, in 2011 for the expo. Of course there are a lot of Mazda Miatas on the road at the time, but this is the only Super20.

Under the hood it hides a supercharged 2.0-liter MZR engine that according to the official press release of the company produces 250 horsepower. This actually means it can deliver 83 horsepower more than the standard, naturally aspirated car. Unfortunately no torque specifications were given, but we can only assume. According to a specialist, the ACT street clutch is not really perfect in terms of modulation as the stock unit, but it is quite easy to get used to it. When it comes to handling, the new Mazda MX-5 Miata Super20 does a great job as it uses the NC Miata chassis. The model has incredible stability control easing the job of the driver a lot. It has the unique yellow and black color scheme that makes a lot turn their heads around.

As we can see from the pictures, the model is lower and wider so no matter the age of the pedestrians and other drivers, their focus will turn towards the new MX-5 Miata Super20. For the inside, the carmaker offered some suede inserts in the seats, the storage was removed and so was the roll bar compartment behind the front seats. This way, the carmaker managed to save a lot of weight. In exchange, the engineers have provided a half-cage and a fixed hardtop. The bad news is that enthusiasts might have to wait at least two years for the model to appear on the market.
