Mercedes-Benz CL 63 AMG by Famous Parts

Time has come to present the tuning program developed by Famous Parts for the 2009 pre-facelift Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG. We are actually talking about the Black Edition Wide Body Kit that transforms the model into a masculine athlete with muscular proportions. The process includes the addition of a front bumper with spoiler blade, a rear bumper with diffuser and also a pair of side skirts. The package also includes a pair of front mud guards, a new engine hood, rear side wall enlargements and lattice inserts to match. The new modified Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG got integrated Famous Parts in Prior Design front bumper with bright LED daytime running lights that feature molded parts that fit perfectly. The model is covered in Frozen Gray Matt Champagne Metallic. To transfer the output to the road, the engineers have offered high grade Brabus alloy wheel rims that measure 10.5 x 21 inches covered in Continental Sport Contact high-performance tires that measure 265 / 30 R21 tires on the steering axle and 305 / 25 R21 on the drive one.

The tuners have lowered the vehicle through the electronic adaptation of the ABC chassis frame. In the same time they have provided H&R spacing discs that accounted for the horizontal alignment of the wheels which now match with the edges of the wheel arch. As expected, the Famous parts specialists have also modified the 6.2-liter V8 engine that powers the German Mercedes-Benz CL 63 AMG. As a result, the engine is capable of generating 85 horsepower more in the end developing 610 horsepower. To obtain all these, Rhine Land engineers have used software modifications and optimization of the exhaust gas system. These are all the details available on the matter so far, but do not go very far as more are on their way.
