Gemballa specialists have developed a new tuning package for the Porsche 991 Carrera S. This actually includes different technology upgrades and aerodynamics elements that improve it. When it comes to aerodynamics, it includes carbon fiber additions like a front bumper that features Gemballa air intake design and also a lower splitter. It also includes side skirts that can be seen from wheel to wheel and in the end, the tuning specialists offer a rear bumper that has a rear diffuser situated between six rectangular exhaust tips.
The output is being transferred to the road through 21-inch GForged wheels covered in 245 / 30 ZR21 tires on the front axle and 305 / 25 ZR21 on the rear one. These wheels are actually lighter than the 20-inch ones Porsche features as standard. To handle the extra power, the engineers have provided a new Brembo brake system. The aftermarket specialists have tried to reduce the weight, but in the same time keep and increase quality. All the aerodynamic components were built in Germany from carbon-fiber. One of the best things is that because there are no body work modifications, the car can return to standard when the model has to be sold.
The price for the kit offered by Gemballa GT was established at EUR 19.860 and it is on sale now. This includes installation and paintwork. For a set of new wheels you will have to pay starting with EUR 9.895, depending on the type of tires fitted. The engine has a 3.800 cc displacement and it can produce 400 horsepower and 440 Nm of torque. This output enables the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds. These are all the information available so far, but stay tuned for more, as the carmaker will offer us more detail soon.
