Roewe 950

Roewe is a company that was born from the remains of the Rover. It managed to acquire the rights to the platforms of the company, but not the name. Everything happened back in 2007. So far, the model built the 750, a model that was actually a follower of a Rover 75 sedan. Now, the carmaker built a new sedan on the platform of the Epsilon II developed by General Motors. Roewe offers the new 950 with two engine variants: a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder petrol and a 3.0-liter V6 direct injection. The interior is a lot like the Buick LaCrosse. The new model will have its first official public display at the 2012 Beijing Auto Show next month. Not long after, it will be available in China in showrooms.
