Suzuki Grand Vitara facelift

Suzuki carmaker developed the Grand Vitara model a few years ago and entered production back in 2005. Time has come now to see an improved version of the model and this is why, the specialists have developed a facelift version of the Grand Vitara. It is also known as the Escudo on its home market. The carmaker revealed the new version at the Moscow Motor Show.

When it comes to changes, we believe the biggest one is in the front. The grille has a new look and the car also features new black headlamp bezels, chrome side moldings and also, to send the power to the road, it uses 17-inch and 18-inch alloy wheels. The model is now available in nine body colors including Bison Brown Pearl Metallic 2 and Gaia Bronze Pearl Metallic. Both the five- and three-door versions of the Suzuki Grand Vitara have a new fabric for the seats. The one used on the five-door model offers exclusivity to the sporty interior design. The other one, used on the three-door underlines sportiness thanks to a close-knit pattern.

If we go back in time, in 1988, the Japanese market had just received the Grand Vitara as the Escudo. This was actually the first compact sport utility vehicle in the world. The model combines refinement, strength and performance. The 2012 Moscow Motor Show starts today and it will last until the 9th of September. Here is where the new model developed by the Suzuki specialists will be revealed. The Facelift version of the Suzuki Grand Vitara will be revealed for the public for the first time. More information will be revealed during next week, so stay tuned.
