Volkswagen Amarok CS Edition

German carmaker Volkswagen developed a new model, a special edition of the compact pickup Amarok. The North American enthusiasts should stay calm as the Germans have no intentions what so ever of sending it to them. The Volkswagen Amarok CS Edition is actually a tribute to Colt Seavers from The Fall Guy, a television program that aired between 1981 and 1986. The model was built by a German VW dealer in collaboration with Delta 4x4. This last one is actually an off-road accessories manufacturer from the Middle East. Even if the German Volkswagen does not have a ton pickup in its portfolio, the Amarok on the other hand had a suitable starting point which helped a lot the beginning of the project, the creation of the CS Edition.

The package offered by the dealer includes gold-on-brown paint scheme with red pin-striping just like ones from the show, but also a front push bar. The Middle Eastern accessories manufacturer, Delta 4x4 also installed a roll-bar with a set that includes four headlights. The carmaker established a starting price if EUR 51.695 for the entire package. The price in dollars at the current conversion rate is $ 62.698. The bad thing about the package is that it doubles the price of the Amarok. Of course, for the real big fans of the action and adventure shows of the 80s this is not so much an inconvenience, but a privilege. As mentioned above, only the Europeans can really enjoy the Volkswagen Amarok CS Edition, unfortunately. These are all the available information so far.
