Volkswagen Beetle Fender Edition

German carmaker Volkswagen developed a new special edition of the Beetle. Last year at the Frankfurt Motor show, the Beetle Fender Edition, because this is the model we are talking about, was revealed as a concept. Now, it will have its first official public display in a production form at the Leipzig International Auto Show. Volkswagen Beetle features the incredible premium Fender sound system and a lot of other visual elements that will make the connection with the American musical icon. Both on the inside and out are equipped with incredible styling elements like the sunburst color of Fender guitars on the dashboard and color-contrasting seams on the inside that complete the color of the dashboard. Under the hood it hides a 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder TSI engine capable of developing 200 horsepower. All the power is being transferred to the road through a set of 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels. Volkswagen Beetle Fender Edition also features Bi-Xenon headlights and the Fender logo. The Jetta GLI sold in the US was the first model to have the fender Premium Audio System, but the first Volkswagen car in Europe equipped with the high-performance sound system is the Beetle. The incredible system can cover different noises and distractions thanks to its dual-voice speakers that give the impression of a live performance. It actually won the title of "Best-sounding car stereo". To be more precise, the Fender Premium Audio System has 9 speakers being capable of developing 400 Watts of system power. This new and special edition developed by the German carmaker Volkswagen, the Beetle Fender Edition will be available for purchase in America before the end of this year. Unfortunately, the price was not revealed yet, but it will be closer to the launching date.
