British customers will receive an Audi A3 Cabriolet Final Edition model and soon. The vehicle has as base the well-known Sport and S line specification levels and include different enhancements which maximize comfort, convenience and driving pleasure. For the interior, the manufacturer used supple Vienna leather. It also adds front seat heating, rear parking sensors, automatic headlights and wiper activation, cruise control and a Bluetooth mobile phone interface. To transfer the output to the road, the engineers have provided 17-inch alloy wheels. The model also features sport suspension, dual-zone climate control, a Concert CD audio system and a fully automatic acoustic hood. The S-line of the Final Edition model provides 18-inch S line alloy wheels with a new 5-segment spoke design. Instead of the original fabric, the engineers have offered full Vienna leather upholstery.
In terms of safety, the new Audi A3 Cabriolet Final Edition features more S line safety elements. There are also a lot more entertainment features available. Here we have to mention xenon plus headlights with LED daytime running lamps, DVD-based satellite-navigation, a BOSE sound system and also Audi Music Interface iPod connection. All the extra elements offered for the Audi A3 Cabriolet Final Edition cost GBP2.340, but it also represents a GBP1.605 save compared with the cost of specifying its additional equipment individually.
When it comes to the power for the standard Cabriolet models and the Final Editions the carmaker offers three responsive and frugal turbo charged and directly injected petrol units. There is a 1.2-liter TFSI engine capable of generating 105 PS, a 1.8-liter TFSI that has 160 PS as output and the 2.0-liter TFSI with 200 PS. The other options include two turbo charged direct injection diesels, a 1.6-liter TDI with 105 PS and a 2.0-liter TDI with 140 PS. The prices for the Audi A3 Cabriolet Final Edition start at GBP23.775 and go up to GBP26.210 for the S line.
