Audi A5 DTM Champion Edition

The four rings brand is one of the most famous in the world. Audi is a complex company having everything a successful car manufacturer needs and it is present in the most important auto markets. Confidence is something that the Germans don’t lack and as time passes they become a more and more powerful company. Audi is on the point of introducing the Audi A5 DTM Champion special edition.

The Audi A5 DTM Champion is a special edition dedicated to Mike Rockenfeller’s triumph in the 2013 DTM season. Production of the model is limited to 300 units and will not only excite fans of “Rocky”. With victory in Zandvoort, the Audi works driver won the 2013 DTM season with races to spare, thus securing his first ever title in the popular touring car series. The entire DTM Champion package is evaluated by Audi at 1,900 EUR. This is not much for an A5 owner who wants to get out of the ordinary with his vehicle.

The Audi A5 DTM Champion features a fixed rear wing painted in the same color as the rest of the body, while the exterior mirrors boast an aluminum look. The vehicle receives a set of 20-inch 5 V-spoke alloy wheels. There are also plenty of DTM badges placed on the side sills, fenders and door sill trims. The good-looking car will come in Glacier White, Daytona Gray and Misano Red paint schemes. As for the engines, there are more configurations available. We have a 2.0 TDI quattro outputting 177 HP (130 kW), a 3.0 TDI quattro generating 245 HP (180 kW), a 2.0 TFSI quattro developing 225 HP (165 kW) and a 3.0 TFSI quattro producing 272 HP (200 kW). The limited edition will be available on order starting next week.
