The facelift version of the Audi A5 Sportback received a tuning program from ABT Sportsline specialists. The model has a very sporty design, it is assertive and dynamic so perfect to receive some new improvement elements from ABT engineers.

At the beginning of the upgrading process for the ABT AS5, the developed took into consideration the characteristics of the engine and managed to see full dependability and roadworthiness. In the end, the model is capable of offering a lot of pleasure no matter the engine used. After the modifications, ABT offered three turbo petrol engine variants. First there is the economical 1.8 TFSI capable of generating 211 horsepower, followed by the 2.0-liter TFSI capable of producing 270 horsepower. The most impressive is the 3.0-liter TFSI capable of producing 380 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. For the passionate drivers, the specialists recommend the turbo diesel engines which also receive an upgrade from ABT. To be more precise, we are talking about the 3.0-liter TDI that has as output 300 horsepower and 570 Nm of torque and the 2.0-liter TDI that produces 205 horsepower.

The tuners also offer a lot of new elements that improve both the performance and the agility. We must mention the front lip spoiler and also an assertive rear end, including a rear skirt and the four-pipe exhaust. To transfer the output to the road, the engineers have offered CR or DR alloy wheels available in 19- or 20-inches that are covered in high-speed tires and wheel spacers. The chassis lowers the car by 25 mm this way receiving a sportier allure and more performance precision. To handle the extra power, the specialists have provided the ABT braking system, which is also fully geared to the upgrading.
