Audi RS6 Avant by MTM

Germany is the most active and challenging stage in the auto field with a tough competition between brands and tuning companies at the same time.  So Germany is the country that has it all when it comes to automobiles and car components.  The only way to survive is to be the best. MTM is a pretty successful German tuning company that can face every possible challenge. Their last project is a tuning pack for the Audi RS6 Avant.

The tuning program developed by MTM for the Audi RS6 Avant is not a very sophisticated one. The vehicle has only received a stainless steel exhaust system, Brembo brakes and it sits on a set of 20 inch bimoto wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport rubbers. The full package is estimated to cost around €13,751.80 ($18,504.42). The standard vehicle, as MTM officials suggest, allows them to modify some elements in such a way as to make them more sustainable for daily use.

The MTM team has also performed a power boost on the twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine powering the Audi RS6 Avant. It can now develop 722 HP (531 kW) and 885 Nm (652 lb-ft) of torque, this meaning an increase of 162 HP (119 kW) and 185 Nm (136 lb-ft) from the stock model. The extra power allows the car to sprint from 0-100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 11.3 seconds and to reach a top speed of 340 km/h (211 mph). The production version of the vehicle is already a monster on the road, but with this upgrade it becomes…spectacular.
