And, speaking about markets, the Germans have created a limited edition of the BMW 5 Series Exclusive Sport especially for Japan. This special edition regards the sedan and touring models.
Although the BMW 5 Series is about to get a facelift, the German officials have decided that it is the perfect time to go on the Japanese market with this special edition limited to 300 units. They come in two engine variants, one having a 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine (523i) and one possessing a 2.0-liter diesel (523d).
The BMW 5 Series has a great exterior design. The dynamic look is a must have for the car, making you feel its dynamic character even from standing outside. In the interior elegance is represented in one flowing movement from the instrument panel to the door. This can instantly be felt. All of the high-quality control elements are ergonomically positioned for a perfect fit as soon as you get inside it. This special edition for the Japanese market comes with additional equipment. The car sits on 19 inch alloys, it has a three spoke steering wheel, refreshed sport seats and an M body kit with bespoke side skirts and bumpers.
The BMW 5 Series Exclusive Sport edition costs between 7,190,000 yen (about 72,000 USD) and 7,490,000 yen (75,200 USD). It can be ordered in two colours, carbon black or white. The customers are rewarded with Cinnamon Brown leather that covers the lower part of the dashboard, door panels and seats. The sound system is improved, having a head up display and Exclusive Sport features.
