BMW M5 by G-Power

If we were to make a top of the most tuned brands in the world, BMW would certainly lead by far. BMW models seem to be very liked by the tuning companies since there are an unlimited number of tuning programs based on them. This doesn’t seem to scare anyone so it is time for G- Power to present their latest work that is upgrading a few BMW models.

G-Power has a thirty years experience background so they are celebrating big times the anniversary. This includes offering a great number of tuning packages, the latest one being called the “GP Edition 30 Years”. This is focused on the BMW 4.4 liter V-8 powered models starting with the 5, 6, 7 and M series. For the 550i, 650i and 750i in all body styles, G-Power offers four states of tuning.  The first one updates the 4.4-liter bi-turbocharged V8 engine's electronics to output from 444hpp (450PS) and 650Nm to 483hp (490PS) and 685Nm. The rest of the tuning states also include updated turbochargers and a sports exhaust, among other upgrades, to raise these figures to 503hp (510PS) and 720Nm, 533hp (540PS) and 790Nm, and 552hp (560PS) and 810Nm, respectively.

Another tuning program developed by G-Power focuses on the entire range of M5 and M6 vehicles. This is made of five distinct stages for the V8 turbo engine, which produces 552hp (560PS) and 680Nm when it comes out the factory gates. Here you have the configurations for all the stages. It begins from 617hp (625PS) and 777Nm, goes to 636hp (645PS) and 810Nm, then it is lifted to 671hp (680PS) and 890Nm, then reaches 700hp (710PS) and 890Nm, and 730hp (740PS) and 910Nm, respectively, with the latter being able to offer both cars a top speed of 330km/h (205mph). So, if you think it’s high time for your BMW to get a power boost, you have a number of options to choose from.
