BMW X6M by Cam Shaft

There are two possibilities in the auto tuning world: either you are a very good specialist, either you don’t exist. The “fight” between the tuning firms becomes greater and greater as car brands manufacture more and more attractive vehicles. Cam Shaft is a German car tuning firm that has strong desire to excel in the field. No matter if we are talking about full or partial wrapping, coating protection foilings, car styling themes, Cam Shaft is the best of all teams. And their latest project is an upgrade kit for the BMW X6M.

The BMW X6M is all wrapped in a frozen anthracite matte metallic wrap completed by some diamond black matte metallic accents. The wrapping costs 2,450 EUR and covers all the visible areas of the car. The crossover also received some carbon fiber parts. The hood, the front spoiler, the tail spoiler and the diffuser were all developed by the team made of PP-Performance and Vorsteiner. Cam Shaft placed a KW version 3 inox coilover suspension on the vehicle, which now rides on a set of original M alloys distinguished by gold carbon elements and glossy graphite metallic finishes.

The most awesome thing about the tuning pack created by Cam Shaft for the BMW X6M is the engine upgrade. Initially, when it comes out the factory gates, the V8 4.4-liter twin-turbo engine generates 555 HP (408 kW) and 502 lb-ft (608 Nm) of torque. Now, after the specialists at Cam Shaft did some miracles, the same engines is capable of producing 720 HP (529 kW) and 737 lb-ft (1,000 Nm) of torque. This can be done thanks to an ECU remapping and installing new manifolds and down pipes. But, if you want your BMW to rock the streets you have to take out of your pocket 16,600 EUR. You decide is it’s worth the money.
