Brabus B63S based on Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG

The Geneva Motor Show will begin next week and car enthusiasts will present their latest achievements. Brabus will present an upgrade program developed especially for the 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG and Shooting Brake. This is not all. The specialists have a lot of other interesting things to present. The CLS 65 AMG receives power from a V8 5.5-liter engine capable of generating 730 horsepower and an electronically limited top speed of 1.065 Nm of torque and the CLS63 AMG S-Model generates 585 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque.

The specialists offer an additional low-temperature water-to-air intercooler for the charge-air-cooling system in conjunction with the Brabus Gold Heat Reflection system for intakes and charge-air tubes results not only in an improved power yield thanks to lower charge-air temperatures. These measures also contribute to the immaculate durability of the engine. To transfer the output to the wheels, the model uses AMG SPEEDSHIFT PLUS 7G-TRONIC transmission which enables the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and to 200 km/h in 10.8 seconds. Traction and handling are being optimized thanks to a Brabus multidisc limited-slip rear differential with a locking rate of 40%. The model is capable of reaching a top speed of 350 km/h. To improve stability, the tuners have used the wind tunnel to develop a front spoiler for both body styles of the CLS 63 AMG.

All components are manufactures from light, but in the same time high-strength genuine carbon fiber for a full-blooded racing look. The interior also receives an exclusive treatment and for the top of the line CLS models is a specially-made Brabus multimedia concept. Here we also have to mention the optional Apple iPad integration. These are all the information available on the model for the moment, but next week all the new elements will be out in the open.
