Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse Jean Bugatti

The well-known brand Bugatti presents a second vehicle that is part of the Bugatti Legend. It is an exclusive edition which will be introduced at the 65th International Motor show that started today in Frankfurt. We are actually talking about the Bugatti Grand Sport Vitesse Jean Bugatti which will be built as limited edition model. Only three units will see the light of the day. The price for one of them was established at 2.28 million Euros, excluding tax and other charges. Starting with the late 1920s onwards, Jean Bugatti used his own structural and design ideas to expect more and more influence over the development of the company located in Alsace.

The new limited edition has as base the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse powered by an 8.0-liter W16 engine capable of generating 1.200 PS and 1.500 Nm of torque. This output enables the Grand Sport model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.6 seconds. Just like the original vehicle, the chocolate brown is contrasted against the leather upholstery in a light beige silk color across the extended center console. This great upholstery is continued in the foot well, the outer door trim panels and the handle recesses. The specialists have tried the fines materials throughout the engineering process and can be seen on the steering wheel as well.

The sport coupe was equipped with a straight-eight engine with 3.257 cm3 displacement capable of generating 200 PS. This output enables the car to accelerate and reach a top speed of 200 km/h, but it has never been entered into a race. There are still some other details that need to be revealed in an official way, but it is only a matter of time.
