Founded more than one hundred years ago in Detroit, Cadillac was and still is the automotive expression of the American dream. It combines great performance, daring design and ultimate technology. Recently introduced, the 2014 Cadillac XTS will benefit from a V6 3.6 liter twin turbo engine.
The V6 3.6 liter twin turbo engine set on the 2014 Cadillac XTS is borrowed from the 2014 CTS Cadillac model. The engine we are talking about here is capable of generating 410 bhp (306 kW) and 369 lb-ft (500 Nm) of torque. This makes it 10 bhp (7.4 kW) and 61 lb-ft (82 Nm) less powerful than what is on the CTS model. The XTS model that will receive the new “heart” is fitted with a different front grille and a badge on the decklid.
The 2014 Cadillac XTS is equipped with automatic park assist and electric power steering for front wheel drive versions. In addition to these, a front passenger seat memory feature, Intellibeam lamps. Modified rear seat armrest and an opaque sunroof have been added. Considering the car’s features we take as true that the Cadillac XTS is one of the most technologically advanced production cars in the history of this brand, providing the space, elegance and dramatic presence that are brand signatures in a unique package tuned for a new generation of luxury customers.
