Dodge Challenger R/T Redline

Dodge released the Challenger Rallye Redline last year and it was available with a V6 engine, but with an incredible styling. To improve the engine situation, Dodge will unveil the Challenger R/T Redline, a model powered by a HEMI V8 unit, at the Chicago Auto Show. To be really hones with you, most beside the extra cylinders, the Redline package borrowed a lot of elements from the Rallye model. Here we have to mention the specially-made 20-inch black chrome wheels with red paint accents, but also the new retro look with the side stripes with graphite graphics featuring Redline lettering.

The engine is capable of generating 375 horsepower and 410 lb. ft. of torque all this output is being transferred to the wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. The models equipped with the 5-speed automatic unit will only produce 372 horsepower and 400 lb. ft. of torque and come with a bright chrome Mopar t-handle shifter and steering wheel paddle shifters. For a distinctive look, the rear-quarter section of the stripe contains the Redline name in Red over Graphite color scheme. The R/T features a body-color grille surround. To transfer the output to the road, the 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T Redline uses 20-inch Black Chrome wheels with a Redline Red lip and inner backbone for an incredible, unique look. The model equipped with the 6-speed manual transmission has a fuel consumption of 25 mpg on the highway. The output enables the car to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in under 5.0 seconds. The other version equipped with the 5-speed automatic gearbox also features the innovative Fuel Saver Technology.

The new Challenger R/T Redline is available for order now and will arrive in dealerships in April. The starting price was established at $31.990 not including the $ 995 destination charge.
