Ford F-150 SVT Raptor by TAG Motorsports

TAG Motorsports is a tuning company that gained its well deserved place in the field through providing a great experience and trust to their clients. The tuning industry is sometimes a mess where a lot of no name shops sell everything just to get some quick money. However there are still some trustworthy firms and TAG Motorsports is among them. The latest of their projects is tuning a 2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor.

The base 2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptormodel is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine that generates 411 hp (306 kW / 417 PS) and 434 lb-ft (588 Nm) of torque. This is linked to a six-speed automatic transmission and a four-wheel drive system. TAG Motorsports turned the engine into a more powerful one. So the upgraded Ford 6.2-liter V8 engine is now capable of a 600 bhp (447 kW) output.  The vehicle still rides on the same aluminum wheels that can be equipped with any kind of beadlocks. The car's wheels are unique because changing from conventional rim to beadlock means that customers just have to unbolt the standard outer decorative ring, dismount the tire from its regular position and then remount the tire in the lock-enabled position with the available beadlock ring kit.

TAG Motorsports has also placed other new elements on the 2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor. The most important of them are the black Corsa exhaust system which has a QTP electronic exhaust cut-out valve, a Roush boost gauge, Kooks header system and high flow catalytic converters. Worth mentioning are the red-coated bead lock rings, special embroidered headrests and a Pace Edwards electronic bed cover. Now it depends on the public how much appreciation the project will get.
