Ford Fiesta UK Price

A few weeks ago we had the opportunity to see the new redesigned Ford Fiesta for the first time. Back then very few information were offered in terms of engine and price. The specialists only mentioned the 1.0-liter EcoBoost engine. Now, time has come to find out more. Apparently they have decided to reveal more now that the Paris Motor Show is so close. When it comes to the European version of the Fiesta, the model will be available with six engines, at least on the British market. Their output will be somewhere between 60 and 125 PS.

Let us start with the petrol line-up. Here we have the 1.0-liter direct injection engine, a 1.25-liter in 60 and 82 PS tunes, but also a 1.6-liter Ti-VCT 4-cylinder capable of generating 105 PS. Lat there is the already mentioned 1.0-liter EcoBoost 3-cylinder turbocharged unit capable of producing 100 and 125 PS. The diesel lineup includes two Duratorq TDCi diesel units. The first one is a 1.5-liter capable of generating 75 PS and a 1.6-liter capable of producing 95 PS and 200 Nm of torque. The Ford Fiesta ST will receive power from a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged EcoBoost engine capable of developing 182 PS. This version will be joining the line-up sometime next year.

The 1.0-liter EcoBoost and the 1.6-liter TDCi ECOnetic power trains will be also available with the auto start-stop system. To transfer the output to the wheels, the carmaker offers, for the first time in a Fiesta, the 6-speed dual-clutch Powershift transmission. The specialists also offer a special ECOnetic Technology model capable of using 85.6 mpg of fuel and the CO2 emissions will reach 87 g/km. The UK price for the new Ford Fiesta starts at GBP9.795 and it goes up to GBP17.545. The British customers will also receive Titanium X model that features a Keyfree system and Sony DAB audio system.
