Ford Flex Facelift

The 2013 Ford Flex Facelift announces great levels of technology, fuel economy, as well as modern sophistication. It represents a seven-passenger crossover which provides an undoubted comfort together with an advanced technology. Its new features include adaptive cruise control, push-button start, rear inflatable belts, which offer improved comfort and protection for rear seat passengers, active park assist and rain-sensing wipers. These technologies are highly efficient as they allow drivers to avoid potential accidents due to audio and visual alerts. Power is delivered by a standard 3.5-liter Ti-VCT engine which produces a power output of 285 HP, which represent 20 more HP and 1 mpg better fuel economy. Mark Fields, president of The Americas, stated that Flex appealed to those people who wanted to stand out from the crowd as it featured the highest retention rate of any vehicle in the Ford lineup and technologies which improve fuel economy, while the complex look gave the customers more reasons to acquire the new 2013 Ford Flex. Kenneth Williams, systems integration engineer, stated that they improved what customers deeply appreciated about MyFord Touch, resulting in a cleaner and clearer display with words on the screens that are larger and easier to read, providing faster navigation. The base SYNC package comprises enhanced safety, driver-aid technology, maintenance information service and 911 AssistTM. Nine exterior colors are available for the new Flex, which include three new colors: Deep Impact Blue, Ruby Red and Kodiak Brown. The interior is defined by a modern and sophisticated driver zone, featuring new clusters, steering wheel, as well as electronic finish panels, as well as new seat trim and foam.
