Ford Mustang RTR

We all know Ford offered us the pleasure of admiring a lot of Ford Mustang variants, but somehow, one more is always welcome. Now, time has come to find out more on the new Ford Mustang RTR, developed as an appearance package and performance upgrade to the Ford Coupe. This package costs $11.995 and adds a Ford Racing engine tune, Ford Racing adjustable shocks, RTR four-way adjustable front and rear sway bars, RTR strut brace and a RTR axle back exhaust system. The list continues with RTR rear chassis brace and RTR adjustable Panhard rod.

Under the hood it hides a 5.0-liter V8 engine which received a Ford Racing Tune, K&N air filter and RTR exhaust for performance upgrade. All these elements together offer 16 extra horsepower and so, in the end the total power produced reaches 436 horsepower and 397 lb. ft. of torque. To transfer the output to the road, the engineers have provided 19- by 9.5-inch wheels covered in high-performance Falken Azenis FK-453 tires. To handle the extra power, the American specialists have offered some upgrades in terms of brakes and so, the new Ford Mustang RTR features improved Brembo brake system. When it comes to the suspension of the model, the 4-way adjustable one allows the drive to dial-in their preference. Some may find it too stiff, but it is still very comfortable. Inside you will definitely see maybe too many logos and RTR badges. For example, you will find one on the shift knob, speedometer, the floor mats, tachometer, and the 12v plug and on the serial plate found on the passenger-side of the dash. In terms of exterior, the carmaker offered a front chin and rear spoiler, rocker splitters, rear diffuser, fender badges and license plate surround with ducts. The rear windows can be covered with a very dark film that reduces outward visibility.
