A world that is submitted to continuous change, this is the automobile world. Car manufacturers go from better to best as time passes and their unique goal is to create the car that gets closer and closer to perfection. And this holds true for the parallel industry, the car tuning industry. One of the most hard- working tuning firms is the Loder1899, a German name in the tuning field. Now they have prepared an upgrading package for the British Jaguar XF.
Loder1899 has chosen to work on the V6 Diesel S version of the Jaguar XF. This is how come the 3.0 liter engine gets from 275 bhp (205 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) to 310 bhp (231 kW) and 680 Nm (501 lb-ft) of torque. Because of the extra power, the XF will sprint from stand to 62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 6.2 seconds, meaning it is 0.2 seconds quicker than the base variant.
Although updating the engine configuration of the Jaguar XF was the main target for Loder1899, the vehicle also received some new additional elements. This is how the car can now ride on a set of 21 inch black alloy wheels wrapped in 255 tires. Other styling modifications consist of a front apron, carbon fiber diffuser and a boot lid spoiler. The tuners have also blackened the front grille, headlights, front intakes, hood vents and taillights for a spookier appearance. With the same goal they blacked-out the Jaguar badges, coloured the windows and gave the exterior mirrors a black appearance. There is an optional new exhaust system, too. It remains to be seen what the modern German minds were able to do with the British classic Jaguar.
