On the 29th of this month, at the Los Angeles Motor Show, Jaguar Land Rover will present a new model, the 2013 Jaguar XFR-S, for the first time. As the carmaker already said, the model will be powered by the same force fed V8 5.0-liter engine capable of generating around 540 horsepower and 680 Nm of torque. This output enables the car to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 4.5 seconds and to reach a top speed of 180 mph. Unfortunately there are not a lot of official information available yet, but the pictures in the gallery below offers us some more insights. This model is actually the fastest and most powerful saloon Jaguar has ever produced. Under the hood it hides a 5.0-liter V8 naturally-aspirated engine that will be 380 kg lighter than the current model found on the market. It is scheduled to go on sale in December 2012. As we said before, three vehicles will be revealed for the first time. The third on the list is the all-new Jaguar F-TYPE which is available for the first time in Black Pack Performance trim. This is a two-seat soft-top convertible sports car that has as base a front engine, lightweight aluminum architecture with rear-wheel drive. The model is combines in a harmonious way low vehicle weight, high power and great aerodynamics. In the end it is capable of achieving pure sports car experience, but without forgetting about luxury and elegance. The British carmaker plans to offer it for sale next year in the summer.
