Lamborghini Aventador Roadster by DMC

Lamborghini Aventador is by far a lot different from any other existing sports car on the market. It is the supreme car, the perfect car according to many. It has everything it needs to be a top supercar. Although it hasn’t been revealed such a long time ago, many tuning companies have already taken the insane challenge of creating tuning packs for it. The Germans from DMC have already done some programs based on the Aventador, but these don’t seem to satisfy them since they have just presented their new project of the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster.

For tuning the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster, DMC borrowed some styling elements from the Molto Veloce. Among these there are a carbon fiber front spoiler, revised side skirts and a rear wing. And all these are surely translated into improved aerodynamics. The super vehicle comes painted in matte blue and has also got a new rear fascia with a carbon fiber infuser. And to improve downforce, DMC also added a tunnel to do its job.

DMC doesn’t stop just to styling when it develops a tuning program, so the guys there installed an optimized ECU and 12 special intake throttle plates. They can only mean extra performance. To make a full package, new pressure modulators, injection nozzles and an updated fuel pump have also been placed on the supreme car. The Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is equipped with a titanium exhaust system that is just 3.45 kg (7.6 lbs). Comparing to the production model, this means a 30 kg (66 lbs) difference. The result of all these improvements is that the 6.5-liter V12 engine produces 900 HP (660 kW) - an increase of 200 HP (147 kW). In conclusion, tuning the best super car in the world might be a headache for most tuning companies, but DMC has proved once again its great skills in creating awesome tuning packs.
