Land Rover Range Rover Evoque LPG by Startech in Frankfurt

Specialists from Land Rover have developed a new model, the Range Rover Evoque which is quite popular worldwide. The engineers from Startech have manufactured a refinement program that takes a new approach. We will have the opportunity to see it for the first time at the International Auto Show that started today in Frankfurt. The engineers present a very interesting eco-friendly auto gas system for the Evoque Si4 with 2.0-liter 4-cylinder gasoline engine which has already been tested by the German Technical Inspection Association, in terms of safety. This new system can cut fuel expenses by half and in the same time it lowers the CO2 emission level by 15 %. The new show car for the 2013 IAA sports an application of special matt foil with a color gradation from light to dark blue. 

The 2.0-liter turbocharged unit is capable of generating 240 horsepower and it is actually an alternative to the Evoque diesel models. STARTECH has joined forces with Prins, which is one of the market leaders in the design of autoga systems with decades of experience in the field. The safety gas tank has a 74 liters capacity and ensures a large operating range. The tuners also offer an interesting option for owners of a diesel-powered Evoque.

There is PowerXtra SD 22 performance kit that allows the amount of power to emerge. This system increases the power from 190 horsepower to 215 horsepower even at 3.500 rpm. This output enables the car to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 8.3 seconds and to reach a top speed of 200 km/h. The engine tuning offered is covered by warranty for 3 years, up to 100.000 km. This system is also available for all Evoque models and it is more than enough for the increase in performance at all times. Details on price will be available in the near future.
