Mazda 3 Hybrid

Hybrid cars keep the headlines of every automobile focused magazine. We are in the middle of the eco-friendly vehicles and the reasons which convinced even the most important brands to invest in them are not few. Mazda is a company whose goal is to become a premium brand in the hearts and minds of the customers. Mazda has developed its business by providing "Zoom-Zoom" cars that are fun to drive. In order to continue offering customers the "Zoom-Zoom" experience, they set an aim in making cars that also provide excellent environmental and safety performance, this way aligning to the eco trend we have already mentioned.

The Mazda 3 Hybrid version has recently had its official debut and it is an important move in the eco-friendly history of the Japanese company. First, the vehicle will be launched only on the Japanese market, but the chances that, in the future, it will present on other world markets are huge. The Mazda3 Hybrid is powered by the new SKYACTIV-HYBRID powertrain, which includes a SKYACTIV-G 2.0 engine, which has been developed exclusively for this model.

Besides the 2.0 engine, Mazda 3 Hybrid is also equipped with an electric motor.  Power is sent to the wheels through a continuously variable electronic transmission. The hybrid hatchback is expected to offer a fuel economy of up to 30.8 km per liter (3.2 liters / 100 km). Although the car has had the official debut, the company is short on information. More details are not available yet, but hopefully the company will soon release them.
