Mercedes Sprinter Caravan Concept

The fact that Mercedes-Benz is a huge company with a fabulous history is not news for a long time now.  We can find Mercedes branded vehicles in any segment of the auto field. They build spectacular sports cars, luxurious sedans, useful SUVs, efficient hybrids etc. And news don’t stop coming from Germany. Either they reveal new models or do updates to the existing ones, Mercedes cars keep the front cover of specialized magazines.   One of their recent projects is a Mercedes Sprinter Caravan concept.

The history of caravans dates back to 19th century France when people used to live inside them when travelling from place to place. Since then a lot of things have changed, although the destination of a caravan remains about the same. The Mercedes Sprinter is practically a house on wheels and the new concept will be presented at the Caravan Salon in Dusseldorf, Germany. It wears tenorite grey metallic paint and what is special about it is that it has a cutaway section which allows visitors to notice the “yacht” inspired cabin.

The new Mercedes Sprinter Caravan concept will spoil the future owners with white leather seats and a side facing bench than can be turned into a double bed every time a nap is requested. The exterior grey theme is also carried into the inside of the car. Besides the grey laminate floor, the recreational vehicle is equipped with an Alcantara roof and some LED lights. To feel just like home, the passengers have a bathroom, a wardrobe, a flat TV and a kitchen equipped with a stove and a fridge. So the only thing you could do is to hop in and pick a destination for the next holiday.
