Apparently Brabus has big plans for the near future. The specialists will reveal a new tuning kit at the 2013 edition of the International Auto Show that will take place in September. We are actually talking about the B63S – 700 WIDESTAR kit which will be available for the ML 63 AMG and the GL 63 AMG. The two models will be capable of reaching 300 km/h thanks to the 700 horsepower and 960 Nm of torque output. To transfer all this power to the wheels, the engineers have offered 23-inch high-tech forged wheels.
This new program improves the potential of the 5.5-liter V8 unit which is now capable of producing 620 horsepower. The production exhaust system has been replaced with a free-flow metal catalyst system that comes with downpipes with 75 mm in diameter. The specialists managed to match all high-performance components in order to obtain the best results. To transfer all the incredible output to the wheels, the engineers have offered an AMG SPEED SHIFT PLUS 7G-TRONIC transmission capable of achieving great performance. Thanks to the output, the models are capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds and to reach an electronically limited top speed of 300 km/h, just as mentioned above. In order to reduce negative lift on the front axle, the Brabus designers have developed an additional front spoiler and a rear spoiler as its aerodynamic counterpart.
Brabus is one of the leading addresses in the world in terms of exclusive automotive interior design as they manage to develop incredible designs according to the specifications of the customer. Please check out the photo gallery we have prepared for you.
