Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series price

German carmaker Mercedes-Benz has announced a new model they have been working on. We are talking about the SLS AMG Black Series, which will go on sale in Germany in June. The price was established at EUR 249.900 so the ones interested only have to get ready to take some money out from the their pockets. The SLS AMG now comes in a total of seven different variants. No matter if we talk about the Coupe, Roadster, GT, Black Series variant, electrically powered gullwing model or the GT3 racing version, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG was developed to win.



The SLS AMG Coupe was first unveiled for the first time at the 2009 IAA International Motor Show in Frankfurt. The model receives power from an AMG 6.3-liter V8 engine capable of generating from 571 horsepower to 751 horsepower. The model won many comparison tests against a host of international competitors conducted by the motoring press. The model has tinted headlights, a carbon fiber rear wing and 19- / 20-inch wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. The engine is connected to a 7-speed AMG SPEED SHIFT dual-clutch transmission. This enables the car to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds and to reach a top speed of 196 mph. The new model also has carbon fiber torque tube, a CFRP drive shaft and a lightweight lithium-ion battery. These latest modifications enable the car to weigh around 70 kg less than the standard model offered.



The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Coupe Electric Drive has a starting price of EUR 416.500.
