Mini specialists are full of talent and imagination. This might be one of the explications for all the models developed lately. Let us take for example the new Mini Clubman Bond Street special edition, a model that is part of the current portfolio. This new achievement was revealed yesterday before its official public debut that is scheduled for March at the Motor Show that will take place in Geneva. In case the name remind you of the famous fictional secret service agent, well, know that the name of the car has nothing to do with it, but in fact refers to one of the most exclusive shopping streets in London.

The carmaker wants to appeal to the more style-conscious customers with the Mini Clubman Bond Street limited edition. First they start with the Midnight Black metallic paintwork which comes in contrast with the Cool Champagne color used for the roof, for the lower section of the C-pillars, bonnet stripes and the exterior mirror caps. To transfer all the output to the road, the engineers have offered twin-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels that come with Cool Champagne-colored center rings. There is more. The side indicator surrounds and door sill strips, both display Bond Street lettering.

Inside the cabin we will find leather sports seats in Carbon Black with piping and stitching in Deep Champagne and a leather-covered instrument panel with Deep Champagne trims. The armrests are also covered in leather, the floor mats have black piping and the model comes with Chrome Line Interior package.

In terms of standard equipment, the new limited edition comes with climate control, an onboard computer, a rain sensor with automatic headlamp activation, cruise control and a lot more. The US range will include the 121 horsepower Cooper and the 181 horsepower Cooper S. both will come equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission and with a 6-speed automatic one, as optional.
