Nissan March Nismo and Nismo S

Any Nissan car is thought as an important symbol of freedom, status and personal achievement. The Japanese company always keeps thinking of different ways to delight as many persons as possible. With their cars the power comes from the inside. The latest news coming from the brand is the facelift done on the Nissan March, also known as the Nissan Micra. The brand has just launched two versions of the March, the Nismo and the Nismo S.

The Nissan Nismo is powered by a 1.2-liter gasoline engine linked to an XTRONIC CVT. The Nismo S takes its resource from a specially tuned 1.5-liter engine that works together with a five-speed manual gearbox. The first one outputs 116 HP (85 kW) and 156 Nm (115 lb-ft) of torque and the more powerful version produces 153 HP and 206 Nm of torque. The Nismo S variant is also equipped with a sports exhaust system, customized suspension, upgraded brake system and faster gear changes. Body rigidity has also been modified.  The vehicle now rides on a set of 16-inch alloys wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 205/45 R16 tires.

The Nissan Nismo and Nismo S are redesigned with new bumpers, front grille, side sill protectors, red exterior mirrors and LED daytime running lights. They can come in three different paint colours: Pure Black, Brilliant Silver and Brilliant White Pearl. Inside the cabins there is a steering wheel wearing Alcantara leather, some bucket seats, a customizable shift knob, the piano black trim and special designed pedals. The Nismos will be available in dealers starting December 2013. Hopefully, they will be successful cars, because they have a lot to offer.
