Nissan Qashqai by Severnvalley

Nissan is a company that is constantly at work, trying to design and manufacture various types of vehicles meant to please as many people as possible. And they do this with the idea that any car they make should be a symbol of freedom and a reflection of the owner’s personality. Well, that’s where the tuning companies come to do their job. They work on the cars’ personality offering them something special. Severnvalley is a tuning firm that has recently confirmed the plans of developing a Nissan Qashqai R.

The Nissan Qashqai R will draw inspiration from the Juke R. What Severnvalley wants to do is to take the GT-R’s drivetrain, including the engine and the transmission system and transfer it to the new Qashqai.  Their project is currently under development. The Nissan GT-R is powered by a 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine that generates 550 PS. The British tuning company aims that their Nissan Qashqai-R is going to have a horsepower output of 1,000 bhp! So, in these terms, the crossover will become a supercar.

Severnvalley wants more not only for the Nissan Qashqai’s engine. The team also prepares to equip the vehicle with a high performance KW coilover suspension system, as well as anti-roll bars and bigger brakes. Thinking that the Nissan Juke R costs around $500,000 in the U.S., which seems unreal, we can only wonder how much will the Qashqai R cost. Hopefully, reason will come back to the Nissan officials and they will cut down some zeros so that the price becomes accessible. There will be more details when the Severnvalley projects finishes.
