The special edition Opel Astra OPC Nurburgring Edition gets a new look and some tuning upgrades from the German tuning company Wrap Works, which wishes to draw once again the attention on their projects.
The guys from Wrap Works take the challenge to modify the limited Opel Astra OPC Nurburgring Edition. From the 835 units manufactured they pick up the version number 56 and start to put their mark on it.Wrap Works pushed the original sound limits even further by providing a central mounted tailpipe from Remus. Also for 1,250 EUR they included titan-metallic and high-gloss foils for a new attractive look.
The great dynamics of driving this car is offered by the Pipercross air filter, Courtenay PU motor bearing, a lowered suspension with Eibach springs, adjustable Whiteline-rear axle-stabilizer and ATE brake calipers. The lowered suspension system is perfectly adapted to the 18-inch NitroWheels offered by Motec and covered with 225/40 ZR18 Hankook Ventus V12 tires.Regarding the engine output Wrap Works did not modify the same turbocharged 2.0-liter that delivers 240 hp (177kW) and runs from stand to 100km/h in 6,4 seconds.
