Porsche has always been a respectable brand in the auto field. Its top position is clear to everybody, including to the rival companies which try to do their best to keep up with it. Porsche cars are continuously submitted to changes by any tuning company that wishes to draw attention. The German aftermarket firm, KTW Tuning has presented its most recent project based on the muscle car Porsche 911 Carrera S.
KTW placed some new elements on their Porsche 911 Carrera S based project. Well, saying their project is probably too much. Because it’s got nothing personal. All the elements are built by TechArt. What KTW Tuning does is re-sell TechArt components. The only thing made by KTW was to place some black stripes above the side sills of the supercar with the “powered by KTW Tuning”.
The Porsche 911 Carrera S remains powered by the same stock engine, a 3.8 liters six cylinder boxer engine generating 394hp (400PS). The TechArt parts placed by KTW on the supercar are a front apron, headlamp and exterior mirror trims, side skirts and a fixed rear wing. The vehicle also gets a new set of powder-coated 21 inch alloy wheels. Inside the car, there are exterior colour matching trim elements on the dashboard, door panels, instrument panel surround, steering wheel and seat backs, seat belts, floor mats and aluminum pedals. This is all about the KTW- TechArt project. You decide who gets the credit.
